What should be done going to lok adalat or arbitrator

my tenet has fir against me . that i have taken 90k Rs from him as a rent and that 90k Rs he gave again to my father in the court and to justify his claim he has video recording of mine taking money from him . police after investigation cancel the case but case is in pending in ludhiana court . my adv says . we can go for lok adalat or arbitrator .so we return his money and case will be end plz suggest me . i hv takn several advise from different lawyers and every lawyer has different suggestion ..

As stated by the facts by you please take my advise as preliminary because :
1) on what grounds police has filed cancelation
2) if your tenant has given u rent of 90 thousand that should amount to one month. Might be u as agent of ur father has collected rent.
