what proof can i give for misbehave case

a person misbehaved with me.i dont have proof because there is no cc camera or any one in that situation. i did complaint regarding this to our dept. but they are asking for proof. what proof i habe to give. how to get justice
Dear Sir,
In olden days the oral evidence and statements recorded and circumstantial evidence by way of statement of witnesses is only evidence available for any criminal case. Still it holds good. If you lodge complaint with Police they will record statements of the persons who come to know about the incident either directly or indirectly thus no proof is required except oral evidence. You may approach Higher Police Officers for registering a case and filing a charge sheet.
