What precautions can be taken for case filed under section 498a of ipc

Actully i was absconded three months and they realised i am in city . in that they Recently my wife failed a false 498a case via local police station and they called me for quastaining and follwed by submitted charge sheet to Magistrate . stage of case is issue summons to accused by 19/9/2018. what to do early precautions??
If u are chargesheeted for offence u/s 498 A ipc.First question is whether u on bail at crime stage.If on anticipatory or regular bail.If the answer is no,then arrange two sureties with Land tax receipts and valid aadhar cards.On the summons date or before that, u can apply for bail and get bailed out.
