Respected lawyers I want to take advice for my daughter's case. In 2011 we married our daughter to a person who said that he is legally separated. After four months she got pregnant and her husband started dowry demand and physical mental cruelty. Then we bring our daughter to our home. She gave birth to a child. We filed for ipc 498 Meanwhile we come to know that he has not given divorce to his first wife. In 2014 he filed for mutual concent divorce with his first wife in family court. Family court denied divorce to him so he went to high court & concealing facts to high court he got divorce from first wife from retrospective effect from 2010.
