What legal action to take against false FIR ?

I am from Bihar, currently staying in Bangalore.
In my native place, I had an argument with a neighbour on 1st January. I left for Bangalore on 10th January.
My neighbour has filed a criminal case against me on 20th January saying that I fought with him on 19th January and stole money from his house.
I have train ticket and medical proof that I was not there on 19th January. What legal action I can take against him so that he doesn't misuse the law to mentally harass me ?
Dear Sir,
You have to immediately approach Karnataka High Court and get a stay and get quash investigation on the FIR on the basis of your documents. Please approach any advocate practicing in High Court.

1. Issue legal notice to investigating officer along with proof of you left to bangalore 10th jan. itself.
2. Also seek anticipatory bail from the court.

Its a very good case to quash the FIR and complaint against you. He can approach High Court under s. 482 of CrPC and quash the entire process and proceedings against you.
