What is the sequence and timeline to quash 377 FIR

I am charged by false fir by wife in 377 two year before. she dont file filed CS. may I apply to quash fir in high cort? what will happen after i apply? In how many dates and time it can get quashed? what is the fees to quash? shia muslim
File a quashing immideately. It cannot be said how long or in how many dates the High Court will quash the FIR, but since this seems to be the case arising out of a matrimonial discord, there are bright chances of success in the High Court.
