What is the punishment for those who helped when the murder was commit

In my relatives One person murder to someone, at the time of murder his son is beside him & case also filed & so many years of hearings going on & now final hearing in a day or two. So could you please let us know what is the punishment in Indian law for his son who is standing beside a murderer at the time of murder.

hi first need to see the judgment copy and the order passed by the court and if the judgment comes against you then you need to decide the further course of action based on the judgement delivered by the court and file appeal
