What is the procedure of filing an FIR

GRp of ludhiana has not registered any fir of mobile being pick pocketed at ludhiana station. how i can take it furthur. Under whose juridriction GRP fall and where i can complain about non registering of fir by grp.

You can also file a FIR online. Every state police department has its website on which you can register FIR online, you will be required to fill general information regarding your mobile and lost of number. The copy of the online filed FIR can be used for further use.
