What is the next step after summons received from court to get witness

Hlo sir/mam..mujhe ye puchna hai ki kuch time phele mere sath kisi ne ladae rhi thi jismai mujhe bahut injury ayi thi or unke oper 308 lagi thi ...joki unlogo ney mana kr dea accept krne se.to mujhe summon aye hai witness ke lea to mujhe ye puchna tha ki mai kya kru ab ...plss suggest me mujhe court ke bare mai kuch knowlegde nae hai ...ab trial chalega to mai kya kru.is ap ke bare mai bhut suna hai pls reply me some good suggestion.

if you read carefully summons, date of court appearance and court room no is mentioned in summons..Reach at the court timely on given date... There you evidence will be recorded in detail about what exactly happens with you..

First contact a lawyer.He takes you to court when your matter is called .Then you have to lead evidence only your lawyer will prevent any lead questions from being asked. Cross examination to be done.That is all.

There is nothing to worry going in court. You have to narrate the same incident what had happend with you upon which you lodged an FIR , then the counsel for accused ask you some questions about the incident and you have to reply.

in this matter, you need not to be worry so much it is a trial before the court of law and whatever happened at that time and the complaint which gives you before the police officials for the purpose of registration of FIR you have to give witness upon that and for that purpose you need a counsel who gives a brief in this respect.

AAp ja ke apni gawahi record karwayen. Aapne jo case kiya hai uske aap main witness hain. Aap ja k wohi bole jo aapke saath huua hai aur aapne jo apne complaint mein likha hai jiske upar FIR hui hai. Baaki kaam PP saab ka hai.
