What is the impact of conviction under 498A on DV case?

20-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My friend got convicted under 498a, 323, DP 4. The opposite party has submitted conviction order in their Domestic Violence case. My friend has also filed 340 crpc in the DV case on them as they filed false affidavit. In case of 498a he got stay on conviction from the session court and his case is now again pending at Session Court. Please provide the remedy now 1) Can he not file "Stay on Conviction" Order in the court where DV is running? His lawyer says that in DV court would go ahead and pass the decision based on the 498a conviction 2) What about 340 crpc? Would that be not disposed first? The Opposite party has filed false affidavit. 3) They asked 5 Lakhs in DV for mental harassment (which now they are proving with 498a) In DV it is proved that the boy does not work anymore and earn 25K a month while girl is earning 60k a month. What kind of order DV court may pass if any. Dv is on the decision stage .. OP is just submitting this 498a conviction there
