Sir Please suggest us what is the fate of dowry death after compromise from In law in bail as well as session trial in district court.
Although section304 B is not compoundable it can be compromised by leave of the court stating therin that the allegations made is based upon the immediate reaction of the situation and ther is no any such type of possibilities as alleged
