In section 353 how much chance to get anticipatory bail and amount of anticipatory bail .assault the on duty police officer .now the police was threatened us that they're asking for money neither they are strongly submit the case cd in district court now what can I do in this case
Look, you have no other option rather than take a chance for Anticipatory Bail or to Surrender before the Ld. CJM or SDJM. There is no hard and fast rule regarding the amount of Bail. It is upon the Hon'ble Court. Please contact with concern Advocate in your District he will guide you properly.

MY OPINION THAT in 353 section the scope of anticipatory bail, is very delicate ,it is actually depends upon the merit, if you have uncomfortable to get bail at District court you have every scope to get Anticipatory bail at higher forum.
