Is groping sexual harassment or molestation? If someone grope a man ,is there any IPC to protect men?
it's both actually. it has the overtone of both physical force as well as contacts and advances having explicit sexual overtures.
a man can have equal remedies since 354A is applicable against men who commits this offence against women but it can also be used if the same is committed against another man.

there is nothing to do with gender of the victim which decide the gravity of any crime under indian penal code rather it is the illegal action which define the crime. to answer your question, is groping without consent is crime. it is molestation and can also interpret as sexual harassment.
