what is expiration period of a MLC report?

hello, my friend was beaten by wooden sticks by mobs, he was admitted into govt hospital, and due to swelling on knee , he had a xray, but no fracture was detected, but still he can not walk properly, doc said that it is a legament damage etc.nnhe hav not filed a fir against those mobs yet, but want to know, within how many days he can file fir on basis of mlc report , remember that it is 47 days now since his discharge.

There is no time limit in filing of FIR against someone. However, it should be filed as early as possible to avoid any defences from the accused. You can register the FIR against the mobs. We just have to justify the delay in FIR registration. But I suggest to file the FIR as soon as possible. If assistance required for handling the matter in court, you can approach me.
