What is Bail process in 324 and how to cross complain?

I had fight with some ppl, abd one of them bleeded, they all too beaten me but m not bleeded.nnThey registrd FIR mixing lots of false statements too, fir is 324 506 .nnAdvocate I contacted told me he will get bail via PS immediately, asked me for 5000 rs. But till now after 30+ days he is still avoiding bail question.nnI want to knw tht, what is exact process of bail in this case, also is he lieing to me.nnAnd I have MLC report, can I cross cmpln too?

if you are under charge of section 324 and 506 u can get bai. as your advocate has taken any steps against this. Are you still on pc. If you have an MLC report we can produce that on the record. Is there any witness against you that will show that u have this crime
