What happens on the first day of hearing in a criminal case u/s 506, 354(b), 354(d) , 341, 323 before CJM? And what will happen if complainant lawyer does not come on very first day of hearing?
You have not stated in your query regarding stage of the case. Is it at the stage of pre charge or post charge or is it for SA. Nevertheless , the court generally on first date give accommodation to the lawyer and adjourned the case.
