hello,someone false case against me and police is supporting him..actually i attend first hearing which is on 25.01.2017 but i forgot to attend second date 25.05.2017 ..now what will happen...as in ecourt it is showing Purpose of charge: WARRANT ..what it means
Hello you have apply for bail now and you have to see iff bailable warrant has been issues or non bailable warrant ...as the procedure for both are different tp get you out ....under which section you have been charged?
