Mai larki se sadi bhi kar liya hun. Apne ghar mai 1year se rakh bhi rha hun. Tab jake bhi larki ka father mother pareshhan krta hai. Mujhe marne ki dahmki bhi deta hai. Case bhi uathana nhi chahta hai. Koi upay to bataiye.

If the girl is more than 18 yrs then her parents nothing to do with her marriage legally. Have to study your case further to give any solution. You can approach high court to quash the case .

Age of the girl? You can defend the case U/S 366 when the girl gives her 164 statement in the court.The Gr case instituted against you will be weak if the girl gives a statement in your favour.Engage a good lawyer to argue.

You are advice to file case under the provision of criminal procedure code for quashing of f.i.r. filed by your b Father in law . If your wife is above 18 years of old the filing of affidavit by your wife will get the order

Dear sir, You did not mentioned the age of that girl. if the girl is below 18 years age then you are liable for kidnapping of that girl.Marriage with a minor girl is void marriage.So you try to settled the matter amicable with their parents otherwise you will face so many legal problems.
