What can i show in surety for 75000


22-Feb-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Im on cash bail in ndps court had given me a surety jamin at a same time im not geting jamindar so i pay tht amnt of 75000 in court now im out but court had given me a one month of time bond im not geeting salary sliept person .i have to show to surety one of 40k n second of 35k or one of 75k due to lockdown it was very hard for me ti find a such person im having property owner so i can put them on jamindar or not iwant to ask this only

you need to get a solvency certificate from the talathi in your area. this certificate will be issued to you after examining your immovable property if any. if not, you can get the order modified and deposit a cash surety of the same amount. the cash deposited by you is refundable and will be given back to you on conclusion of your case

Well if you cannot find Sureties you can contact Bail Bondsman or Bail Bond Agent who will act as a Surety and pledge money or property as Bail for the appearance of a Defendant in Court. I hope you understood.
