What can I do if my ex girlfriend is harassing me and forcing to marry

I had a muslim girlfriend in 2007-09 and we made a physical relation after that I met her 3-4times in 2010 then after 3 yr communication gap she said to marry me in 13 and swallowed salfas when I refused she said to destroy my marriage to call police now I want to marry with someone else what should I do.

A gentleman's word is a principle accepted universally. I cannot advice further without going into the details, however as per evidence act self incrimination is not accepted. You must consult your family members and nearest one before contacting a lawyer

Try to solve this situation mutually by talking to your girlfriend and his family members and if this does not work, then file a formal complaint before your Local police station for harassment and blackmailing and ask the officers to take necessary actions against her. Thanks.

She can lodged a complaint against you u/s 376 IPC. Then what can you do. Therefore, solve it amicably. and before marriage with someone else if you did not solve it, then you will be in big troubles and understand the re-action of so called Physical Relationship with girlfriend.
