Without weapon using hand or with pillow attempting to murder, is it comes under 307 or not?

Sec 307 deals with the offence of attempt to commit murder. In order to constitute an offence under sec 307, two elements are essential. First the intention of knowledge to commit murder. Secondly, the actual act of trying to commit the murder. It must have both. Thus, the intention to cause death is the essence of the offence of attempt to murder.

what ever the act which causing injury which leading enough for death will comes under 324 and 307 basing upon the ambit of the injury suffered but usage of the material is irrelevant as per the fact is relevant
