What are the recourse left when a false theft case is filed by police

21-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
I am a student pursuing B.tech in 3rd year. whn i were in ma past cllge in 2014, i hve sone grudges with some political persons., i still remember, on 9 august 2014 police arrested me fr a bullshit reason, n they filed a case against me that m a thief n m sellng theft bikes to othr peoples., n charged me with IPC 379,411. Now 3 years gone but still they are giving us worthless dates n dates instead of giving us an actual judgement that i m innocent, here is only 1 year aleft for completion of ma B.tech n i wanna go abroad for further study. so is there any suggestion for me regarding the case...!

My only suggestion to you is that you should consult a lawyer and proceed further under the guidance of a lawyer because it's high time and I personally recommend you that this could be turned into a blunder. So to avoid any issues go with the genuine legal proceedings. For further clarification you can contact me.

See! Since the case has already been registered and you are already facing so it would be better that you strongly defend yourself and get order of acquittal. You must be on bail right so without the permission of court you can't go abroad. Better wait for the acquital order.
