Can FIR contain promise to marry in December 2021 and 164 promise to marry in august 2021 and 161 have promise to marry in feb 2021 as and when prosecutrix wants. How does the legal system run ??? nI want to know which one of this is important. Will the judge say choose any one my dear prosecutrix we will hang the accused because you want revenge as honey trap couldn’t happene. Tell me my child

U need to hire expert advocate in this regard n let the expert do his work, just by googling things will make your case worst ! If u have already hired sb advocate then kindly follow him all the best n let us know if u want to changer your council
