what are legal remedy against criminal fraud case?

Sir...mere bank account main mere bua k ladke ne mujhse yeh kaha ki mere pas Sbi ka account nahi h ..tumhare account me main paise dalwaunga phir wo mujhe paise transfer kr dena..maine use sharer kar diya paise transfer apne charges kat liye jo bank main baad main kat leta hai..sir lekin bad main pata chala wo paisa ye kisi se insurance karne k naam pe thaga tha ..usne kiya suicide..police mere pas phauchi ..maine sab bta diya use pakad li bhi ..wo kabul bhi kiya hai ki haan paisa maine hi transfer kiya tha...sir police mere upar koi charge toh nhi lgayi h..but uske upar 306 aur 420 laga h...sir mera naam gwah m h...pls sir help
It is up to police that whether they found your involvement in the crime or not. You have to give your statement to the police. If any crime us committed against you then you have to lodge an FIR for the same. You can take consult action of a lawyer for further management.
