Dear Client.
Once the FIR is lodged, there are basically three possibilities. The first is of filing chargesheet by the investigating agency in which the investigating agency finds the evidence against the accused and second is of filing final report by the investigating agency, in which the investigation agency finds no evidences against the accused, your case belong to the second possibility in which the investigating agency is looking forward to file Final report in these circumstances you can file objections in the court against the Final report, by leading your evidence as you have the video footage of the offence therefore you can file it before the court.
It is always open to the court to disregard the opinion of the investigating agency, so you are at liberty to file objections against the same.
You are advised to engage the services of local advocate or you can contact us for the same. Feel free to contact in case of further clarification.

As the FIR is registered and the matter is being investigated on the basis of the electronic evidences the investigating officer have to put the report on that and file in the court to close the case. He need to answer the court about the findings and it is the court who decides the fate of the Case not the IP.
IF STILL YOU HAVE ISSUE WITH IP YOU MAY PRAY TO THE HIGH COURT FOR A HABIOUS CORPUS WRIT TO DIRECT THE IP TO COMPLETE THE INVESTIGATION AND REPORT TO THE HC.
