Hello One person has robbed my money using online fraud And not willing to pay back to me and then i got frustrated and i had spread false news about him on twitter like .. that person sentenced to jail after reading this tweet he threatened me to sue me for defamation Please tell me what to do!!! Thanks

In a first you need to file an FIR against him for stealing you money. As well as threatening you over twitter. Once the case is filed. HE may be picked up by the police for investigations .

When he robbed your money that time only you must have filed complaint against him, instead of twitter, it's okay, if he will file defamation against you we will see. Do not worry let him file if he want. Defamation he can file if he want.
