Well to give complete case history my freind was speaking to girl for around 6 months and met her only once. she used to share her old pics after meeting her in person he realised this girl is quite aged and also she is not even a graduate and also she is divorce 5 years elder then the guy. That was the only time they met so my freind told her that continuing this relationship is not possible since parents won't agree. After few days her father called and said u marry my daughter or pay 10 lakhs. My friend denied and she filed fir sex on false promise under section 376, 417 . Complain was made on 2020 feb and my freind was aware after 1 year since police didn't contacted or arrested my friend. When he was aware he hired a lawyer who never shared any documents and just with word of mouth he said he spoke to police IO and filed a closure report. but he gave no docs suddenly again after 1 year one police warrant came from juidicial magistrate for absence of hearing in his local thana.

dear client , I can guide you better if you share the details of FIR so that the status of case can be found..since the warrants are from magistratecourt so knowing the stage of trial is necessary..you also have one remedy to approach direct high court on this matter... for further clarification and proper guidance, contact me...
