Weed case cid trying to arrest in unlawful means by DisturbingInPublic

police has found weed my weed but not in my possession . They started investigating case 2 years ago and might have seen me consuming but never caught me during consumption but I think they have reasonable proof of consumption but I’m not sure if they have successful fingerprint match on 2 grams of weed found. Since I have stopped consuming they are using other means to arrest . They have threatened me and also hit my vehicle and used abusive words and constantly disturbing while driving

Well, if they have been harassing you continuously, despite you have already stopped consuming weed and these officers are doing moral policing to teach you an example without any legal basis! Then you can file a case against them in Court.
