We need legal help to put criminal and civil case against neighbour .

We are rebuilding our house. Because of this our neighbour harrassed us, physically assaulted my brother,abused my mother while constructing it (work is still not done) and he almost promised that he will take revenge again during future constructionHe along with his son ,son-in-law and his known persons are trying to capture our land. he threatened us , filed a false case.So we want to file a criminal case against him,his son and son-in-law in indulging in this criminal matter of physically, verbally assaulting us.

you can file case under section 156(3) of crpc before cjm court, afterthat concern police station treat as an fir of under section 323,325,307,506,34 of ipc . thereafter police take necessary action against to this person
