Hi, this is yashwanth Kumar ma sister as expired by consuming position now her female baby 2year old and we are not ready to give baby to there home we need baby to stay with us we have missed ma sister n not ready miss even baby so please suggest me.
you can approach family court under guardians and ward act and can seek for the custody , you have to make an application through grand parents stating each and every fact and you must have strong reasons to contend and to show there is a serious consequences if custody granted to them .

then you can file you can find Guardian and wards act in family court can get a stay order if they came also should not provide for them the need to apply in court and get the baby cannot get baby if Court allowed then only Deccan get baby required Court order
