We have paid 40000₹ to lawer for working on our issue(land problem) but he didn't work on it ,When we ask our money in return he is not giving its been 7 years he keep on saying i will give today,tomorrow. Is there any rule to file a case against the lawer for not giving our money back or for compensation.nnWe have not went to court or we have not given any petition details reg our case to by him.

Every lawyer must do work and satisfy the Satisfy the requirements of the client when the lawyer does not satisfy the requirements of the client and does not work towards the benefit of the client then you can definitely give a written complaint to the bar council of the respective territories the President of the concerned bar Council shall take appropriate steps in providing you the remedy sooner
