We have borrowed money but now they are blackmailing us to pay now

Sir. We borrowed around 5lakhs and we submitted plat original documents to them. Now they are telling us to pay 8lakhs with interest. But the problem is they are asking plat for them itself at 8lakhs actual rate of plat is 12lakhs.Now they are blackmailing to pay money right now or give the plat for them itself and also they threatening our family.our family is in critical situation so please give some suggestions to come out of this problem. Thank you.
You have failed to mention whether it is private finance or bank,any agreement in place for taking loan and any PDC issued in this regard. If you asre scared lodge a police complaint with all facts and you have option to file civil suit also. I always advice borrowers try to settle the matter amicable if not seek judiciary help to overcome this, seeking judiciary help will solve lot of problems for you in future.
