On 23.01.2025 my husband's bail petition is dismissed and in that petition on the 7th paragraph the court order for victim compensation of 2 lakhs from government and it is directed to district legal services coimbatore and district collector coimbatore but we are from tirupur. And on 20.02.2025 in the same CRL op no the courts puts another saying that my husband is the petitioner and he says that he is granted bail by the highcourt imposing certain conditions. Now which order is to be consider.
It means that your husband's Bail petition before the district court was dismissed with an order directing the state to provide compensation to the victim. It looks like another bail petition was filed before the High Court and the same was successful and the High Court imposed certain conditions to be followed by your husband after released on bail.
