I have done FIR against that boy IPC 1860 Section 376(2)(n). It's been 15 days but that boy hasn't been caught yet. When will he be caught and can I do anything about it?
Hi ,the police in such cases arrest the accused person ..He will be arrested soon ..Once he is arrested will be sent to judicial custody ..It is important keep note if he has filed anticipatory bail in court …Your investigation officer should keep you updated ..

administratively you can file an application before the SSP who is incharge of the investigation at the district level. legally you can file a petition in the honorable HC with the prayer to direct the SSP to arrest the accused. your petition should be accompanied by documents proving kabile-e-giraftari saboot.
