Warrant recall in False 498a case

Dear sir,
My wife filed a false 498a case on me and my family members..Family includes mother,sister,two brothers.
Me,mother,sisterand one brother got station bail where as the other brother did not as he was staying in abroad with his family.
Now he is planning to come to India.
what would be the procedure to recall his warrant and what would be the consequences.
Should he surrender his passport to the court ?

thanks recall the warrant, the person should appear before court and produce 2 sureties.
since it is your brother ( brother in law to complainant), his passport need not be surrendered.
also you should seriously consider quashing the complaint against family members under section 482 cr.p.c at high court
