Warrant has been issued for the theft case in which I am witness


30-Jul-2025 (In Criminal Law)
2 year back, someone stole my money from the university hostel. I registered FIR with local police station and they found an person and I got some part of the money back with the help of court. Now police station has filled a case and hearing is ongoing. I have moved to Germany for my further research and studies. I recently came to know that court issued bailable warrant against me. I am still in Germany and cannot attend the hearing. I don't now who is public prosecutor also. What to do ?

Hi You will be arrived in the case as a witness as CW 1 complainant witness, you need a advocate and be represented in the case and get the warrant quashed or this will affect the visa and other related permits, please feel to contact is for further assistance

sir you can quash the FIR in the high court since you are innocent and warrant issued must be recalled. The high court can quash the FIR filed against you or issue directions to the concerned police station.
