Wanted to apply for bail if sentenced with life imprisonment

My relative has got the life sentence punishment under article 302 and 102. I want his bail please help me he has done nothing he has four small child no one is there to look after them all will die please help me out sir please
You have only one option of filing a criminal appeal in the appropriate High Court having jurisdiction of the matter. It has to be filed within 30 days from the date of judgment of the trial court other wise the statutory period of filing an appeal will lapse and you will have to file an application for explanation and overlooking of delay. A bail application would be filed in the appeal.

Bcoz in this case life sentence punishment already ordered so u have to file appeal against that order in concerned high court and apply for bail there and bcoz trial has completed so there is possibility that high court grant bail

Life sentence usually awarded in henious crimes so granting of bail in such cases is very very tough and could only be granted by the Court if it finds that the accused is falsly implicated.
Granting of bail is a discretionary right of the Court.
