if you have been grabted bail, you need to wait for the charge sheet to be filed. thereafter, you need to appesr before the magistrate and conduct the trial. do not abscond or be absent on any date or else a warrant for your arrest may be issued by the court.

As you have procured the Bail in the matter, further the trial will continue. You have to prove in the court that either no theft was committed by the accused as accused was some-where else, was not present on incident of crime or else you have to prove - although theft was committed but no preparation was done to cause Death, hurt or of restraint to either escape after commiting theft or to restrain the party from exercising due restraint while commiting theft or after commiting of theft.
