Want to file a case on husband's lover what charges can be filed

Is it possible in any way that I can file a case on lover(unmarried major girl) of my husband? I have photos, voice recordings that prove their sexual relation. We got married in 2007 and I have two kids. I don't want divorce, rather I would like to screw up that girl, so that she would never interfere in our life. My husband is not listening to anyone. So wanted to break the relation from girl's side legally. What should I do?
Sorry. You cannot prosecute neither the major girl lover of your husband nor your husband under 497 of IPC. But, you can file a Divorce petition against your husband which you do not want to do..

you can file 494 ipc section against your husband only but not against her as it comes under adultery as per the above provision there is no punishment for women under the adultery there is only punishment for men
