Want to apply for anticipatory bail from high court

Maine 2 yr more kaam kiya state gov department mai,air 2 yr ka salary v liya, department be mujhse leekhwaliya that ki service book mere pass tha,an department ne mera paisa cut kernel ka order de diya mere gratuity she,air mere pension we 5% ka punishment v diya 5 year thak ,kya high court mujhe anticipatory bail dega

anticipatory bail?? i think you are talking about setting aside penalty given by you department, yes you can do than in high court. if you are implicated in any criminal proceeding and a complain/ FIR has been lodged, then you can apply for anticipatory bail before court of sessions first then high court.

HIGH COURT MAY GRANT YOU ANTICIPATORY BAIL BUT FIRST YOU ARE REQUIRED TO FILE ANTICIPATORY BAIL BEFORE CIVIL COURT THEN YOU CAN FILE APPLICATION BEFORE HIGH COURT BUT DEPENDS ON ALLEGATIONS AGAINST YOU

For anticipatory bail there is required to be an FIR first (in Jharkhand state generally). Do give details of FIR. Also, you are reuqired to first move the District Judge and then High Court for Anticipatory bail.
