Want to appear personally as case is not being argued by P.P as needed. I am financially challenged need legal guidance for same. Case is of braking compound wall & Trespassing & dumping debries

Yes you have a right to defend your own case. File an Application in the Court seeking permission to defend your own case as per Section 32 of Advocates Act. You must study applicable laws, all rules, court directions, legal procedures.
