Since the enquiry report is already in your favour, you are in a strong position to seek both remedy and compensation. Firstly, you can submit a representation to your employer seeking implementation of the enquiry findings and appropriate action against the persons responsible. You may also claim compensation for mental harassment, loss of reputation, and any career impact caused. If the employer fails to act, you can approach the appropriate authority or court for enforcement of your rights. Depending on the nature of the allegations, you may file a civil suit for damages or initiate criminal proceedings if there was defamation, harassment, or false complaint made against you. Preserve all documents including the enquiry report, communications, and evidence. These will be crucial in establishing your claim. You are entitled to legal remedy and compensation based on the favourable findings.

if the internal committee has given u the final report in favour of you that it is a fake or false complaint then you can claim for damages from that person for defaming you in workplace unnesscery and a suit for defamation and damages can be filed if all proofs are available in your favour
