Want clarification on the acquittal of co-accused for same case

Jaipur district court mai hum 6 logo pe case chal raha hai . Isse case mai Rajamandi nahi hosakta hai issa mere lawyer ne baataya hai . Case khatam karne ke leye date pe ghawahi hogi . Mujhe ye jaana hai ki hum 6 logo mai se sirf 3 hi log hai baki 3 ka pata nahi chal raha hai or meri samne wale party se baat ho gai hai. Kya issa hota hai ki 6 mai se sirf 3 log choote sakte hai . Ya 6 ow ka hona jaruri hai . Please help me out.

Hello, pleass provide details of the offences alleged against you along with stage of trial. Please note that it's not necessary that all the parties be present, court can quash the case qua you subject to a compromise between the parties which can only happen if the offences are compoundable or compundable with the permission of the court. Better advice can be provided only with more details regarding the matter.
