Virgin male guy accused of false FIR under section 376

My brother was in live in relation with a girl. Due to their quarrels and small issues, she has filed false 376 on me and 504, 506 on my brother. She has made complaint as married to him but he has legal document of live in attested by her. We approached high court but it didn't quash the FIR but told us to pursue anticipatory bail in court and left to police to investigateI am a virgin male(same organ since birth, foreskin intact on tip) and had never any sexual intercourse with anyone. Yet she has filed multiple rapes by me to harass my brother and bedridden mother. I have medical which attest that my foreskin of reproductive organ doesn't retract thus penetration or multiple rape can be challenged. What legal steps can we take against her for false FIR?nnWe have multiple evidence.

Hi ,it is advisable to file a anticipatory bail before the sessions court to avoid arrest ..After obtaining bail ,you can join the investigation ..The police has the power to close the FIR if in the investigation you are found innocent

First u file for an anticipatory bail under section 438 crpc after that this matter will be investigated by the police... Remember never go to the police station without granting of bail...
