Victim of 376/506, statement of 164 is given in favour of accused

I filed the FIR under 376/506 as I got to know he is already married, but after that accused and his family convinced me to give164 statement and affidavit in his favour for his family and career on promise of life time he will be there with me he will not leave me. So I gave 164 in his favour now he and her wife is filing case against me and my dad, and he went to bombay high court for quashing of the FIR, is there any way to reconsider 164 to be recorded again? Also he is on anticipatory bail so can we go for cancellation of the bail.
Dear queriest, as per your query you have to make a statement before the Bombay High court where he is going to quash fir. And also to thr police station. If your case of 376 is still going then you can make a statement before the court itself that they have been cheating and make false complaint against me and my family l.

you made your cases very technically error by your own action. still you can apply for inquiry under 156(3) crpc and also move to cancellation of bail if you have any material regards to threat and all frm Accused side.
