No time for that but if possible as early as possible because its good for the both the side victim as well as for the accused that statements must be in camera and that is the case with coraboration and if such statements say it is by victim just like the first information report so chanses of conviction to accused are good

it has to be recordes during the investigation.
please note if chargsheet states that still investigation is to be done. then still it can be done.
normally it is expected to be recorded as soon as possible or within reasonable time. thwrw is no such fix time limit mentioned in cr.p.c.
