Using my minor kid pic in police station without my consent

Against me a FIR is registered in dowry case for this they have used my family pic in which my 2 kid also there, wheather I can take action against them or not.

Well, you can file a case of Right to Privacy against them under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution, considering, using your family pic in which your two kids are also there without justifying the reasons for the same amounts to Breach of your Privacy which is a fundamental right guaranteed under Article 21 of the Indian Constitution to every Indian Citizen.
