Sir I have been changed with u/s 341 &353 as accused 2. What is time period for submitting the chargesheet and what would be the punishment if I found guilty. Thank you sir

341 IPC is punishment for wrongful restraint (imprisonment up to 1 month) .
354IPC is punishment for assault or criminal force with intent to outrage the modesty of woman( imprisonment upto 5 years plus fine).
time period for filing chargesheet is 90 days from date of FIR. however this can be extended as per discretion of court
