My my have affair with another guy I salaped my wife she ran away from my wife without telling me now she is at her mother home I talked on phone she said u said u will never salaped me again I said ok they recored this conversation now she is saying come at my home to take me I have doubt when I will go to her mother home she will call police and show this recording to police that I had salpad her if it happen I can say police this incident is 10 day ago happend.
I would advise you to give a proper application / peshpandi to the concerned police authorities through a lawyer enunciating all these true facts as a precautionary measure to safe you from false implications

the best option is to go safe. take an anticipatory bail from the court and even if you go to your in-laws house, you can't be arrested by the police. Just a mere recording dosent prove that you have done any domestic violence. Help of the lawyer is highly suggested.
