Untrace report under Motor vehicle theft

05-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Respected Lawyer Community!! I would like to understand if in a motor theft case one of the accused is arrested but not with the vehicle recovery, then in this case, can police give the untrace report to the complainant? Despite of arresting one accused and filing the chargesheet on that accused. Can police gives the untrace report to the complainant?? Would be happy to see different commmets on this question!! Thanks in advance!!

The complainant in theft cases need not wait for the final report or any final judgement by the court. The complainant can get an 'untraced' report issued by the concerned investigation officer using which they can claim insurance. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

if you got untraceable report by police or IO then it's doesn't mean that you are not eligible to file a case there's too many other options which is also legal if you need any legal advice or consultancy then batter call me.
